The Sustainable Food Systems micro-credential consists of five modules (micro-courses) that explore how food systems have evolved over time, and how they might be made to be more sustainable moving forward. Modules introduce students to the complex human and nature relationships that make up our food systems, sustainable management of key agricultural resources such as water and soil, and how food systems will need to adapt and evolve in our changing climate.

The Sustainable Food system micro-credential is suitable for students, teachers, and anyone who has an interest in learning more about agriculture, sustainability, and food.
